University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka

University of Kelaniya is one of the main Universities in Sri Lanka at Gampaha District. Earlier identified this University as Vidyalankara University. Kelaniya is popular for Kelaniya temple and University.

University of Kelaniya has several faculties,

1. Faculty of Graduate Studies

This faculty oferes 37 postgraduate degree programmes and 7 postgraduate diploma programmes for graduate students.

2. Faculty of Medicine

Sri Lankan famous faculty which has sixteen academic departments, and several centres and units.

3.Faculty of Science

The faculty of Science consists of eight departments that offer six Undergraduate degree programmes, several Masters degree and Postgraduate Diploma Programmes.

4.Faculty of Social Sciences

The Faculty of Social Sciences comprises nine departments, which offer a wide array of programs for both undergraduate, and post graduate students.

5. Faculty of Commerce and Management

Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies comprise of four departments, which offer a number of degree programmes for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

University of Kalaniya stays at 8th position in Sri Lanka.
